01 Who can certify my documents as true copy?

Certification of an original documentation can be done by a suitable person, such as a lawyer, notary, actuary, an accountant or any other person holding a recognized professional qualification, director or secretary of a regulated financial institution, a member of the judiciary or a senior civil servant. The certifier should sign a copy of the document and clearly indicate his/her name, address and position or capacity together with his/her contact details to aid verification of the certifier.
Once validated by the onboarding team, the certified documents should be sent to:

02 How can I close my account?

If you would like to close your account, just contact our support team and we will assist you. We do not charge to close your account.

03 Who is a UBO?

The UBO, i.e Ultimate Beneficial Owner is the natural person who is the ultimate beneficiary of the company.

05 What are the documents and information that I need to provide for my account opening?

ACBM reserves the right to request additional documents and information if deemed necessary.

06 How is the data of my company protected?

We must also comply with UK or Mauritian regulation for data collection (GDPR) and we have a dedicated person (Data Protection Officer) within the company in charge of the data.

07 How long does it take to open an account?

Upon receipt of all the KYC documents required, the account opening for low and medium risk clients will take 5-10 working days. The timeframe for high risk clients is approximately 15-20 days.

09 How can I open an account with ACBM?

You can start your application to open an account with ACBM by completing the form on the ‘Sign up now’ section on ACBM’s website. Our operators will review your form and then get in touch with you to take you through the onboarding process.

10 Do I qualify to open an account with ACBM?

In order to qualify for opening an account with ACBM, our customers need to have a minimum assets under our management of $1 m or monthly transactions on average of at least $500,000.
